Welcome to the latest Atom CTO newsletter where we share tech news and stories for founders and entrepreneurs who are starting and scaling businesses.
On Wednesday, Atom CTO turned 6, how time flies!
When we first started the business, our aim was to ensure that startups get the best tech advice possible and can avail of affordable CTO services. Over the years we've morphed from providing CTO-as-a-Service into providing a full end-to-end business growth hub for exciting startups across the globe.
How has this transition happened? Well, essentially through networking.
When I first came back to the UK to set up Atom, I had been away for 20 years and had a good but small network. By joining various startup hubs and incubators as well as attending every event I could find, I slowly built up my network to one where we collaborate with businesses across different disciplines, all who have the same mission to help startups succeed.
Weβre proud to have supported over 100 incredible startups in their tech growth journeys. Weβve helped our clients collectively raise over 60M USD, launched Defactor and have grown our reach to Ireland, Portugal, India, Malaysia and even Japan.
Atom CTO itself has grown to 23 international employees, working with each other from every corner of the globe. Our podcast has also gone from strength to strength with over 193 episodes released and a total of 36,000 listens - all because I didn't want to write a 300 word blog each day. If ChatGPT had been around then, maybe I'd never have started podcasting!
